What do you do to save time or remain sane as a busy mom?
Cooking food in large quantities (to last 2 or 3 days) helps me spend less time in the kitchen and have more time to relax.
Any.do planner app with a shared list for my husband and I helps me to keep up with what needs to be done, bought, etc.
Daily meditation helps me to stay sane and gives me some ‘Me time’ every day.
